CNC Machinist (Milling)
Set up and operate multi-axis CNC milling centres to produce precision components to drawing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of CNC milling experience
- Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T
- Familiar with Fanuc or similar controls
- Confident with vernier, micrometer and height gauge
- Willing to work on a shift basis
CNC Programmer (CAD/CAM)
Program multi-axis milling and turning jobs from customer drawings and 3D models, and support the shop floor through first-article runs.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in mechanical, manufacturing or a related field
- Hands-on CAM experience (Mastercam, PowerMill or similar)
- Good understanding of tooling and cutting parameters
- Able to interpret GD&T and customer specifications
- 2+ years in a precision machining environment
Quality Inspector (CMM / VMM)
Inspect machined components in our temperature-controlled quality room and record results against customer requirements.
Requirements
- Experience operating a CMM or vision measuring machine
- Strong grasp of GD&T and inspection reports
- Familiar with ISO 9001 documentation and traceability
- Careful, methodical and consistent with records
Wire-Cut / EDM Operator
Run wire-cut and EDM machines on precision components, including set-up, electrode preparation and in-process checks.
Requirements
- Experience with wire-cut or sinker EDM
- Able to read engineering drawings
- Basic understanding of machining tolerances and surface finish
- On-the-job training available for candidates with related machining experience
Production Planner
Plan and schedule jobs across the machining departments, and keep delivery commitments on track with production and purchasing.
Requirements
- Experience in production planning or scheduling, ideally in manufacturing
- Comfortable with ERP or job-tracking systems and spreadsheets
- Able to coordinate between production, quality and purchasing
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
